The Tech Garden in Downtown Syracuse to Undergo $25M Expansion in 2023

A nearly $25 million expansion of The Tech Garden business incubator will give a dreary stretch of downtown Syracuse a bright, modern look. CenterState CEO, which operates the facility, plans to start construction on a two-story addition in the spring of 2023. Completion is expected in the fall of 2024. The addition will add 46,000 square feet of flexible office and meeting space that will nearly triple the number of startup companies that can work there.Read the full story on syracuse.com here.
