Every year, the United States produces over 100 billion pounds of dairy byproducts known as milk derivatives. Until now, there has been no solution for the rapid processing of a large quantities of this material. This byproduct is traditionally unusable and disposed of into waste treatment centers, or worse, rivers and streams, at grave cost to the dairy manufacturers who produce it and the surrounding environment. Since its inception in March, BOS has been purchased by local governments, donated to nonprofits, and shipped to customers as far as Alaska, Hawaii and Caribbean’s. Unlike traditional corn ethanol distillation, Cayuga’s process produces and recycles water, rather than
