Construction continues to move forward on schedule, and this month’s focus has been on enhancing both form and function—inside and out.
On the exterior, crews are making significant progress along the Harrison Street side of the building. New sidewalks, curbing, and accessible pathways are taking shape, complemented by the installation of modern pavers that will create an inviting entrance and a natural gathering spot. With the sun shining on the new entryway, it’s easy to envision this becoming a go-to backdrop for future community moments and events.
Inside, the utility shed is now complete, and installation of the generator is up next. Interior finish work is well underway, with fresh paint and detailed craftsmanship bringing each space to life. The prep kitchens on the first and second floors are also coming together—equipped with new cabinetry and lighting, they’ll offer comfortable spaces for members to warm up lunch, connect, and recharge.
With each milestone, we’re getting closer to welcoming Central New York’s innovation community into a space designed to inspire, collaborate, and grow.
