Iterate Labs has been participating in New York City’s Entrepreneur’s Roundtable Accelerator (ERA) since the beginning of the year. Iterate Labs is an IOT company for workplace safety. The company’s smart glove and software platform collects and analyzes biomechanics data  to alert workers and managers of injury risk and fatigue. Their algorithms and AI bring data-driven solutions to outdated, insufficient industrial safety practices.
Iterate Labs (formerly Orthofit) has been a virtual Tech Garden member since 2017. The company has received Grants for Growth and most recently was awarded $150,000 investment through Tech Garden’s TC Growth Fund. The Technology Commercialization (TC) Growth Fund is an early stage equity fund focused on technology commercialization. It provides critical pre-seed funding to incentivize new business formation and growth in New York State.ERA combines seed capital, hands-on help and a great co-working location with an expert team to positively impact the trajectory of early-stage startups. The accelerator runs two, four-month programs per year. ERA companies gain direct access to leading members of the New York City tech community through the ERA mentor network and are also given access to the right investors, sales prospects and partners.

“Even after just one month we have been blown away by the amazing technology and business mentors we have been connected to,” said Jason Guss, founder of Iterate Labs. “Every week handfuls of Fortune 500 executives are coming through the doors for meeting and mentorship, and we have already been connected with many investors that are a good fit and looking to participate in our current note and our seed round in late spring.”

Jason Guss is a graduate of Cornell University and has a team of seven located in Ithaca. To learn more about the company please visit, www.iteratelabs.co.
