Sneak Peek: Inside the New Innovation Hub

April 17, 2025

The expansion of CenterState CEO’s downtown Syracuse Innovation Hub is almost complete—and it’s transforming more than just the skyline. With over 90,000 square feet of space, including two new floors, a rooftop terrace, and an event venue for 200+ people, the new facility is designed to support the next wave of startups, founders, and big ideas.

Originally launched as The Tech Garden in 2005, the hub is expanding its focus to support a wider range of entrepreneurs—including non-tech founders and underrepresented innovators—with new amenities, programming, and a bold new name to match.

The new name will be officially revealed at CenterState CEO’s Annual Meeting on April 23.
