This winter, CenterState CEO is expanding its Start It! Business Basics program in a new, hyper-local way. Instead of holding sessions at a centralized downtown location, the next cohorts will be hosted directly within neighborhoods—at the Northside Learning Center (NSLC) and Blueprint 15.
By partnering with trusted community organizations, Start It! aims to meet aspiring entrepreneurs where they are—physically and culturally. With built-in supports like language assistance, stipends, and time set aside for religious observance, the program is breaking down barriers and making entrepreneurship more accessible to more people.
“This is about showing up in the community,” said the team at CenterState CEO. “It’s about building pathways to entrepreneurship that work for real people in real life.”
Both cohorts are expected to launch this winter, with NSLC beginning in December and Blueprint 15 following in January.
