Syracuse, NY — The INSPYRE Innovation Hub by CenterState CEO has officially launched the Cleantech Accelerator powered by National Grid, a groundbreaking program designed to help early-stage university-affiliated startups launch, grow and lead the clean energy transition. The program is now accepting applications.
Hosted inside INSPYRE’s brand-new 90,000-square-foot facility, New York’s largest hub for entrepreneurship, the Cleantech Accelerator offers founders the tools, resources and community to turn promising research into scalable ventures that address the climate crisis head-on.

Program Benefits
Participants accepted into the year-long accelerator will receive:
- $50,000 investment opportunity
- 12-month membership at INSPYRE and the Center of Excellence
- Mentorship and training from seasoned entrepreneurs and industry leaders
- Access to labs, coworking and community inside
theINSPYREHub - $40,000 in-kind program benefits plus additional funding for technical assistance

The Cleantech Accelerator is designed for startups and teams with university ties, including:
- Faculty, students and researchers launching cleantech ventures
- University-affiliated companies (partners, programs, interns etc.)
- Innovators based in 12 eligible counties across New York state
