How do you help clients in our programs? 🔗 Mac: I act as a bridge between our programs and the broader business community—connecting clients with the right service providers to help scale their ventures. I love the problem-solving, the daily matchmaking, and the chance to help businesses grow through smart, intentional connections. 2. What excites you most about the new Innovation Hub space? 🏛️ Mac: The opportunity to truly showcase the stories of our clients and community. This building was designed with them in mind—it’s more than a workspace, it’s a monument to how far we’ve come and what’s still ahead. 3. What’s your favorite thing about living in Syracuse? 🌆 Mac: There’s a real vibe of progress and momentum here. In just six years, I’ve felt it—change is happening. Plus, everything’s 15 minutes away, with an urban pulse when I want it and nature when I need it. 4. Favorite downtown Syracuse spots? 🍜 Mac: Winter ice skating at Clinton Square with my kids, followed by boba tea at Cake Bar. Rolling the dice on lunch at Salt City Market. And for a little Brooklyn/Queens nostalgia, wandering the aisles of Lombardi’s Imports on Butternut. 5. What do you like to do outside of work? 🎶 Mac: Cooking for friends, catching live music, checking out new restaurants, photography, camping, coaching and watching soccer, traveling, and forever on the hunt for old records. 6.
