1. How do you help clients in our programs?
šŸ‘‹Ā Emad: I provide counseling and training, share business advice, connect clients to resources and partnerships, and support customer discovery and networking. Basically, I help entrepreneurs find their spark—and the right people to help it grow.

2. What excites you most about the new Innovation Hub space?
šŸš€Ā Emad: The creative energy! This space is going to be a magnet for innovation, hosting dynamic programs and events that bring fresh faces—and fresh ideas—to downtown Syracuse.

3. What’s your favorite thing about living in Syracuse?
🌳 Emad: The sense of community here is real. It’s easy to get involved and feel at home, plus the arts and culture scene punches way above its weight. From Taste of Syracuse to live jazz and Dome concerts, there’s always something happening.
