What inspired you to start this company?
Honestly? It wasn’t planned. I started as an independent freelancer, helping businesses evaluate their cybersecurity challenges one project at a time. The clients appreciated having someone who could give them clear, actionable guidance. Word spread, projects turned into relationships, and those relationships turned into steady growth. What began as freelance consulting slowly evolved into Maltek Solutions. We’re coming up on five years this April, and we’ve grown consistently because we’ve stayed focused on what worked from day one: being the trusted advisor businesses actually want to work with.
Why did you choose INSPYRE as your headquarters?
It was the right move at the right time. We needed a space that reflected where we were heading, not just where we’d been. INSPYRE’s brand-new facility gave us that: professional amenities, flexible workspace, and an environment that signals credibility to clients. It matched our needs perfectly and gave us room to continue growing.

We’re still exploring… Since we’re pretty new to being downtown regularly, we’re always open to suggestions from the INSPYRE crew on where to grab a solid lunch or good coffee nearby.
